”We invent the world through language. The world occurs through language." - Mal Pancoast

Have you reviewed our glossary lately? These terms are used in Integration, coaching calls, and throughout the work. Please take some time to review and save this resource!
Note: These are some of the terms we use. Words may be added and the Glossary is subject to change.

1.Anima/Animus: A Jungian term describing the Animus as the male part of oneself (logic, intellectual). The female part of oneself (unifying, creative) both must be recognized in oneself and allowed to co-exist though depending on the sex, one is more prominent than the other but both must integrate.

2.Archetypes: In Jungian terms, archetypes come from mythology and religions that are part of the collective unconsciousness from which we often operate without recognizing those subconscious behaviors and symbols, ie: The Hero, the Joker, etc.

3.Attachment: The story that you identify with and want to live into, that has nothing to do with reality or who youare. The narrative to which you design your life; keeps your life small and safe without seeing the shadow of you
and what you desire to avoid.

4.Beliefs: A state or habit of mind where trust or confidence is placed in some person, thing or idea. An automatic cultural agreement not based on evidence or proof. Willing to kill for your beliefs.

5.Betrayal (self): When your thoughts and actions are dictated by your ego mind and supplants the wisdom of your heart. When you go against the wisdom of your heart.

6.Blessings: Recognition of goodness bestowed upon you.

7.Choice/To Choose: to select freely and after consideration.

8.To Decide: Making a decision by eliminating available possibilities based on tendencies and patterns. To "kill off" possibility, as in suicide, genocide, etc.

9.Co-Creation: Recognizing that you along with the energy of the universe can manifest your desires.

10.Conviction: A deep unbendable stance or position.

11.*Creation: “What I cannot create, I do not understand” Everything outside of me, I created. All is a projection of my creation. A picture or concept of my imagination and creation.

12.Discovery: Whatever you discover for yourself, belongs to you. An inner awakening; become aware of. A wow! Knowing is a different state than discovering. Discovery has no reference point. Freedom to be without reference (no past or stories). What you don’t discover for yourself you can never master- cannot figure it out.

13.Ego: The center of the field of consciousness, the part of the psyche where our conscious awareness resides, our sense of identity and existence. It is the part that links the inner and outer worlds together, forming how we relate to that which is external to us.

14.States of the Ego: Mental state, Emotional State, Bodily State, Thoughts and Memories

15.Elixir: The "magic potion" we received in our third threshold of the Hero’s Journey and that which we must return to ordinary life and share.

16.Enlightenment: Bringing light to the darkness (shadow).

17.False Ego: A way to protect our survival mind by employing the following: righteousness, explanation, justification, validation, domination, evidence; logic is the vehicle to deliver those states. (JEVED)

18.Forgiveness: As a conscious, deliberate choice to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who you believe has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness or harmed you....Forgiveness does not mean forgetting, nor does it mean condoning or excusing offenses. Frees us to live in the present.

19. Free Will: The abandonment of your beliefs; not being driven by considerations, equal to freedom of being.

20. Gratitude: The feeling that goes along with the recognition and acknowledgment of your good fortune. It is a state of
being.

21. I AM: The name of "God" that lives inside of you and is inseparable from you. The source of consciousness.

22. Identity: The personality that we have created and that we identify ourselves as “being.”

23. Integrity: Wholeness; a diminution of integrity is a diminution of the opportunity to perform; without integrity, nothing works. A lack of integrity is a self betrayal and deprivation to oneself.

24. Integration of Self: bringing together the mind, body, spirit (anima, animus, shadows and gifts).

25. Logic: The most useful use of logic is to see the absurd.

26. Magical Thinking: Without effort, and equivalent to hope.

27. Manifestation: The art, science and philosophy of materializing that which arises from your desired state.

28. Master in Life: A master interacts with life and perceives life differently than most do. It is the natural outcome of the way a Master perceives and makes sense of life. It is the beginning, not the end.

29.*On the Rails: Being stuck in patterns that don’t allow you freedom to move other than on the same path as you have always gone.

30. Oneness: The feeling of belonging.

31. Patterns: Automatic way of responding, reacting or thinking. The states of being that one creates based on one's his/story and have no possibility of behaving differently; stops freedom and possibility from transformation and change.

32.*Perpetration: When you say or don’t say something, do or don’t do something that leaves another harmed, injured or damaged. You now must do something to validate why you did the above, making someone wrong and deserving of the harm, injury or damage.

33. Projection: A theory in which the ego defends itself unconsciously by denying the existence of qualities (both positive and negative) in themselves while attributing them to others.

34.*Racket: A persistent way of being associated with a complaint.

35. Redemption: Recognition of the I Am within.

36.*Responsibility: Not about blame, fault or right or wrong; Responsibility is having cause in the matter; By doing nothing, or saying nothing is a means of responsibility which implies the persistence of that.

37. Resurrection: A rebirth of self.

38. Self: The Self, is the sum total of the psyche, with all its potential included. This is the part of the psyche that looks forward, that contains the drive toward fulfillment and wholeness. In this, the Self is said to drive the process.

39. Shadow: Underlying negative tendencies that exclude the light. However, the gold resides in the shadow, it also consists of abilities and positive qualities that have been buried to protect or were never conscious.

40. Threshold: The opportunity to “cross over” and answer the call to action as in The Hero's Journey.

41.*Tranquilized Obviousness: To the degree that X is obvious, leaving one tranquilized. A way of perceiving and comprehending life as obvious.

42. Dropping In: Transition from one state to another

43. False Ego: The initial wound; creating a false ego that lives in self righteousness. I’m right you’re wrong.

44. Integrity: A huge portion of the work, without integrity nothing works and lack of integrity is self betrayal

45. Self Betrayal: Not honoring your true authentic self and allows the false ego to dictate behavior

46. Trying: Either being or not being, there is no "trying" to be
